You can pick up the Gift Card in person in our Shambala Salons during working hours (daily between 10:00 and 22:00).

REGULATIONS OF GIFT VOUCHER

1) The Gift Voucher only can be used for a specific massage specified on the gift voucher. 2) Gift Voucher can be only purchased personally in our Salons. 3) Advance Reservation is mandatory to redeem the Gift Voucher. 4) Gift Voucher can be redeeemed during salon’s working hours within the available time limits. 5) Please present the voucher before the massage session. 6) The Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. 7) The validity of the Gift Voucher is mentioned on the Gift Voucher. 8) Gift Voucher is not refundable. 9) The holder of the Gift Card is obliged to pay the difference sum if the value of the service will be higher than the value mentioned on the Gift Voucher.
